Ingredients

Tomatoes- 12 to 15 (medium sized)
Onion- 1 (medium sized)
Garlic- 5 to 6 cloves (roughly chopped)
Tomato ketchup – 5 to 6 tablespoon
Schezwan sauce- 1 tablespoon
Oregano- 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Black pepper- 1/2 tablespoon
Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Sugar- 1 tablespoon.

1) Firstly take 12 to 15 tomatoes and wash them well.

2)Mark an x on the tomatoes using a knife.

3)Take a pressure cooker and add the tomatoes to it.

4) Add 4 to 5 red chillies in it.

5) Add 1 cup of water to it.

6) Pressure cook for 1 whistle and let it stay in the cooker for another 2 minutes until steam releases.

7) Now peel and transfer them to a bowl.

8) Add the peeled tomatoes and red chillies to a blender.

9)Blend them into a thick puree.


10) Now finely chop the onions and garlic.


11) Heat a pan on medium high flame and add two tablespoon of refined oil to it.

12) Now slowly add the chopped garlic in it and stir well.

13)Add the chopped onions in it and cook them until they turn golden brown and aromatic.

14) Reduce the flame to low and now add the tomato and chilli puree to it. Give them a good stir and cook it for 2 minutes or so.

15) Now add 1 tablespoon of oregano to it.

17) Now add 1 tablespoon of sugar to it and mix them well.

18) Add salt as per taste.

19) Add 5 to 6 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and keep on stirring it.

20) Add 1 tablespoon of schezwan sauce to it.

21) Mix everything together and turn the flame to medium high.

22) Add 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper to it.

23) Finally add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and mix them all together.

24) cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, until it starting bubbling and popping.

25) Turn of the flame and transfer it to a bowl.

26) Your Pizza sauce is ready. Spread it well and enjoy your yummilicious pizza.

Tips and Tricks


1) You must keep on stirring the sauce with one hand continuously.
2) Don’t alter the quantities. It will not give you proper results.

Easy recipe


1) Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of veg mayonnaise.
2) Add half cup tomato ketchup.
3) Add 1 tablespoon of schezwan sauce.
4) Add 1 tablespoon of oregano.
5) Add 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes.
6) Add a pinch of salt.
7) Finally add 1/4 tablespoon of black pepper.
8) Give them a good stir. Your easy pizza sauce is ready in seconds.
