Ingredients
Mint leaves- 1 cup
Coriander leaves- 1 cup
Green chillies- 2 to 3
Garlic- 4 to 5cloves
Peanuts- 10 to 12 (peeled)
Curd- 1/2 cup
Salt- as per taste.
Step by step recipe with images
1) Take a mixing jar and add 1 cup coriander leaves in it.
2) Add 1 cup mint leaves in it.
3) Add 4 to 5 cloves garlic in it.
4) Add 10 to 12 peeled peanuts in it.
5) Add salt as per taste.
6) Finally add 1/2 cup curd in it.
7) Blend it into a smooth paste. (Avoid using water as curd and leaves have water in it which is enough to give it a perfect consistency)
8) Your yummy and tasty green dip is ready. Enjoy it with spring rolls and appetizers.
Tips and Tricks
1) Add all ingredients in quantities mentioned above.
2) Blend the chutney evenly .
3) Usually curd is added later on after after blending the leaves, but I prefer blending it along with the leaves which gives it a perfect consistency.
Healthier version
- You can reduce the amount of green chillies if you are allergic to spicy food.
