Wraps are super easy to make and super delicious to have. It’s a part of easy peasy cooking and tastes super awesome. Wraps can be made with almost anything you have in your kitchen whether it is potatoes or cottage cheese or noodles. This recipe is an indo Chinese recipe where Indian wraps or rolls is given a Chinese twist. This noodle wrap’s idea was laid down by my health conscious brother who said no to spring rolls since they were fried. So after doing multiple experiments, we finally got an amazing recipe which tastes super awesome and is of course healthy.

Introduction
This yummy wraps are made by wrapping veg noodles along with tangy tomato ketchup ,crunchy onions and green chillies into golden brown and crisp chapatis. They tastes best with ketchup and can also be enjoyed with mayonnaise. This easy peasy recipe can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere. This recipe is a must try for all the Chinese lovers out there. Ingredients
Carrot- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Beans- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Onion- 3 medium sized( finely chopped)
Capsicum- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Noodles- 200 grams
Garlic-7 to 8 cloves
Ginger- 1 inch
Green chillies- 6 to 7
Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup- 5 to 6 tablespoon
Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon
Green chilli sauce- 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Refined flour-100 grams
Wheat flour- 100 grams
Semolina- 50 grams
Salt- as per taste
Sugar- 1 tablespoon
Refined oil- as per requirements
Step by step recipe with images
Boiling the noodles:
1) Firstly heat a pan with 3 cups of water.
2) Add a tablespoon of salt to it.
3) Now add a tablespoon of refined oil to it.
4) Now add 200 grams of noodles to it.
5) Boil it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium high flame.
6) Check to see if it’s done or not.
7) Drain the noodles when it’s 80% cooked.
8) Keep it aside for later.
Tossing the noodles:
1) Finely chop the beans, carrot, onion and capsicum into Julienne. Finely chop the ginger, garlic and 3 to 4 green chillies.
2) Take a pan and add 5 to 6 tablespoon of refined or olive oil.
3) Turn the flame to medium high. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and 3 to 4 green chillies to it.
4) Saute it well until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
5) Now add the chopped carrot and French beans in the pan.
6) Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
7)Now add the capsicum and onions to it.
8) Add a tablespoon of vinegar to it .
9) Add a tablespoon of sugar to it.
10) Add salt as per taste.
11) Cook it well for 3 to 4 minutes on medium high flame.
12) Now add a tablespoon of soy sauce to it.
13) Add 5 to 6 tablespoon tomato ketchup to it.
14) Add a tablespoon of chilli sauce to it.
15) Stir it well and cook for a minute until oil seperates.
16) Now add the boiled noodles to it.
17) Stir and mix it well on medium high flame.
18) Now add 1/2 tablespoon of black chilli powder to it.
19) Mix it well and cook for a minute. Your stuffing is ready.
Wrap preparation:
1) Take a mixing bowl and add 100grams of refined flour and 100 grams of wheat flour to it.
2) Add 50 grams of semolina or sooji to it.
3)Add salt as per taste.
4) Mix them well with your hands.
5) Add 2 to 3 tablespoon refined or olive oil to it.
6) Mix them well with your hands.
7) Now slowly add required amount of water and knead it into a soft dough.
8) your dough is ready. Rest it for an hour.
9) Now take a ball sized dough.
10) Flatten it into a thin chapati using a rolling pin.
11) Heat a tava on medium high flame. Now put the chapati on the tava and cook it for 10 to 15 seconds.
12) Turn it on the other side and cook it for 10 to 15 seconds. You don’t have to cook the chapatis fully.
13) Repeat the same with the remaining dough.
Assembling the wraps:
1) Heat the tava on medium high flame and add a tablespoon of oil to it.
2) Now place the chapati on it and cook until it turns golden brown.
3) Flip it on the other side.
4) Now add a tablespoon of oil to it and cook it until it turns golden brown on the other side as well.
5) Place the chapati on a paper.
6) Add a tablespoon of tomato ketchup and spread it evenly.
7) Add the noodle stuffing in it.
8) Add onions on top of the stuffing.
9) Add green chillies to it.
10) Roll it well and wrap it with a paper or tissue. Repeat the same with the remaining batches.
11) Your noodle wrap is ready to be served with ketchup or mayo. Tastes best when served hot.
Tips and Tricks
1) Don’t overcook the noodles. Cook them until it’s 80% done.
2) Mix the noodles well using a spatula.
3) The dough must be soft. You must rest it for an hour before making the chapatis.
4) The chapati should not be cooked fully. They only need to be heated on both sides.
5) You can add mayonnaise if you want.
6) Cook all the chapatis beforehand and then start cooking the rolls. It will save time and will be easier.
7) The rolls must be served hot.
Healthier version
1) You can use more veggies and less amount of noodles.
2) You can use multi grain noodles.
3) You can avoid using refined flour. You can simply make the dough using wheat flour and semolina.
4) You can reduce the quantities of chillies if you want.
