Ingredients
Cucumber – 2 (finely chopped)
Mint leaves- 5 to 6 leaves
Sugar- 2 to 3 tablespoon
Red chilli powder- 1/4 tablespoon
Cumin powder- 1/4 tablespoon
Salt- 1/4 tablespoon
Black salt- 1/4 tablespoon
Lemon- half (sliced)
Ice cubes- 6 to 7
Step by step recipe with images
1) Firstly peel and slice 2 cucumbers.
2) Take a mixing bowl and add 1/4 tablespoon of red chilli powder in it.
3) Add 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder in it.
4) Add 1/4 tablespoon salt in it.
5) Finally add 1/4 tablespoon of black salt in it
6)Mix it well. Your masala is ready.
7) Now take a mixing jar and add the chopped cucumber in it.
8) Add 5 to 6 mint leaves in it.
9) Add 1/2 tablespoon masala in it. (Keep the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of masala for Garnishing)
10)Add 2 to 3 tablespoon sugar in it.
11) Add 4 to 5 ice cubes in it.
12) Finally add 1/2 cup of water in it.
13) Blend it well.
14) Now take a strainer and pour the blended drink in it. Strain it well and your yummy and refreshing drink is ready to be served.
GARNISHING AND SERVING:
1) Take a glass and line the top with half cut lemon.
2) Now dust or line it with masala.
3) Add 2 ice cubes in each glass.
4) Now pour the cucumber cooler in it.
5) Garnish it with cucumber slices and mint leaves.

1) Don’t alter the quantities of the ingredients.
2) Blend it well.
3) Sugar enhances it’s taste. But you can skip it if you don’t like sweet and sugary drinks.
Healthier version
1) Although it’s a very healthy drink, still you can make it healthier by avoiding sugar. You can use honey either.You can simply skip sweetener.
2) You can skip using red chilli powder. Instead you can use a pinch of black pepper powder or you can simply avoid both.
