Chilli garlic maggi recipe

One of the most loved version of maggi, chilli garlic maggi is loved by everyone. This recipe is super easy to cook and taste heavenly. The chilli and garlic makes the noodles much more flavoursome. You can even add veggies of your choice but I just prefer adding some chopped capsicum in it. This recipe will be loved by those fond of spicy food.I have added some Schezwan sauce in it for extra flavours. You can skip it if you want to.

Introduction

In order to make this yummy recipe, heat a pan with oil and saute some garlic and chillies in it. Add veggies of your choice and saute well. Season them with some soy and Schezwan sauce. Lastly add water and maggi masala in it. Once it starts boiling add maggi and cook well until done. Once done enjoy with coke . Ingredients


Maggi- 2 blocks
Garlic- 4 to 6 cloves
Green chillies- 2 chillies
Capsicum-1/4 cup
Maggi masala- 2 sachets
Salt- a pinch
Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon
Schezwan sauce- 1 tablespoon
Water- 2 cups

Step by step recipe with images

1) Firstly heat a pan with 2 tablespoon oil.

2) Now add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic in it.

3) Add chopped green chillies in it.

4) Saute them well.

5) Add finely chopped capsicum in it and saute well.

6) Add a tablespoon of soy sauce in it.

9) Now add 2 cups of water in it.

14) Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

15) Once the water absorbs well, turn off the flame.

16) Your maggi is ready to be served. Enjoy with chilled coke.

Tips and Tricks


1) Don’t overcook the noodles as it will turn sticky and soggy.
2) Don’t add excess water in it.
3) Adding a pinch of salt will give it a perfect taste.
4) You can adjust the quantity of chillies as per your taste.

Healthier version


1) You can make the same recipe with aata maggi.
2) You can add more veggies of your choice in it.
3) You can skip using green chillies, if you are allergic to spicy food.
