Banana milkshake or banana smoothie is a thick, healthy and mouth watering beverage recipe. It’s my personal favourite since childhood and is very popular among children’s. I remember how this recipe was given a vanilla twist by my younger brother who is too fond of cakes and donuts and had a habit of adding vanilla essence to nearly every drink or cakes he had, But hopefully, It turned out to be super awesome.

Introduction

This banana milk shake is bagged up with lots f energy and is very healthy. Apart from this, it tastes super delicious. This recipe is made with minimum ingredients which are readily available and are blended together into a thick shake. The vanilla essence balances the taste very well and make it much more yummier. Ingredients

Banana- 3 bananas (finely chopped)
Milk- 2 cups
Sugar – 4 tablespoon
Vanilla essense- 1 tablespoon

Step by step recipe with images

1) Firstly chop the bananas into small pieces.


2) Now take a mixer grinder jar and add the bananas to it.


3) Add 2 cup cold milk to it.


4) Add one tablespoon vanilla essence to it.


5) Finally add 4 tablespoon sugar to it.


6) Keep it aside.


7) Now give it a good blend in the mixer grinder.


8) Your thick banana shake it ready to be served. Garnish it well wit chocolate chips or choco powder.

Tips and Tricks

1) You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar as per your taste.
2) Make sure you blend the shake well.

Healthier version

1) You can use coconut milk instead of cream milk.
2) You can use jaggery instead of sugar or you can skip using sweetner as banana itself is sweet.
