We siblings, used to crave for brownies since childhood. Being a vegetarian, we used to avoid all brownies from the nearest bakery as all of them used eggs to make it. This is a simple magical recipe, basically an experiment, which turned out to be sweeter than our expectations. Note: Don’t alter the ratio of the ingredients in the chocolate sauce.
Step by step recipe with images
Chocolate sauce:
1) Firstly for the chocolate sauce, add 3 cups of water in a pan.
2) Now add 1 cup of sugar in it and dissolve well in medium high flame
3) Finally add 3 tablespoon of cocoa powder and stir well.
4) Bring it to boil and turn down the flame to medium.
5) keep stirring it and boiling it for next 10 to 15 minutes until it reduces to half.
6) check the consistency by using a spoon aur spatula, If it falls in a straight line, It is perfectly ready.
7) Turn off the flame and refrigerate it for an hour.
8) After an hour, take it out and beat it for 4 to 5 minutes. Your thick chocolate sauce is ready to be served with hot brownie with ice-cream recipe.
Brownie:
1) For this yummy hot brownie with ice-cream recipe, you need 100 grams of any choco chip biscuits of your choice. I went for hide and seek.
2)Grind it into a fine powder using a mixer grinder
3) Now add one and a half tablespoon baking powder to it.
4) Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
5) Add one tablespoon of cocoa powder. Mix them well.
6) Finally add one cup of milk in it.
7) Mix it well until it turns smooth and creamy. Avoid lumps.
8) Now grease a baking dish with some butter or oil using a oil brush.
9) Dust it with some refined flour. Or you can use butter paper if you want to skip this part.
10) Now pour the batter in the baking dish.
11) Heat a pan over medium high flame and put a stand over it.
12) Now put the baking dish on the stand and cover it with a lid.
13)Sprinkle some cashew nuts on it.
14) Now turn down the flame to low and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes.
15) keep checking it after 30 minutes.
16) Once done poke it with a fork to see if it’s clean or not. If the fork is clean you brownie is perfectly cooked.
17)Your brownie is perfectly cooked.Cool it down for 10 to 15 minutes.
18) Slice it into small pieces and place it on the plate.
19) Now pour a tablespoon of chocolate sauce over it and spread evenly.
20) Add some chopped nuts on the top and garnish it with white chocolate and white Choco chips.
21) Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Tips and Tricks
1) The main tip for this hot brownie with ice-cream recipe is the ratio of the chocolate sauce i.e. 3:1 , 3 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar and 3 spoons of cocoa powder. Altering it will not give you the perfect outcome.
2) As soon as the chocolate sauce reduces to half, turn off the flame after checking the consistency.
3) You must blend the biscuits evenly.
4) There should be no lumps in the batter. If you find any, dissolve them well or else blend them in the mixer grinder.
5) Don’t overcook the brownies. 35 to 40 minutes is perfectly enough to cook it well. Keep checking after 30 minutes.
6) keep the flame at low while cooking the brownies.
7) Add the chocolate syrup as soon as you remove the butter paper as the brownie absorbs it well while hot.
8) Refrigerate the chocolate sauce for an hour to get the perfect consistently.
9) use unsweetened cocoa powder.
Healthier Version
1) You can use organic brown sugar(desi khand) or jaggery instead of white sugar. Quantity shoud be same.
2) You can use half choco chip biscuits and half nutrilite biscuits or any wheat flour biscuits in it. But if you do so add 2 spoons of cocoa powder in the batter instead of one.
