Aam Panna Recipe

    1)Raw mangoes            

 2)Sugar and sugar         

  3)Black salt             

       4)Red chilli powder       

 5)Cumin powder            

  6)Water                     

    7) Ice cubes – 4 to 5 Cubes

1) Firstly take 2 mangoes. Peel and slice it evenly.

2)Now take a pressure cooker and add the sliced mangoes to it.

3)Add a cup of water to it and  Pressure cook it

4)Once done open the lid and let it cool down for 10 minutes.

5)Mash it with your hands evenly 

6) Add 3 glasses of water to it and then strain it well.

7) Now add 1/4 tablespoon of salt in it.

8) Now add 1/4 tbsp of black salt and 1/4 tbsp cumin powder in it.

9) Add 1/5 tbsp of red chilli powder in it.

10) Add 8 to 10 tablespoon of sugar to it. You can alter it as per taste.

11) Stir well until sugar dissolves.

12) Stir well until sugar dissolves. Add ice cubes in it.

13) Now add ice cubes to the glasses..

14) Pour the aam panna in the glasses and enjoy!
