Pizza sauce

 2)Onion , Garlic                  

3) Oregano, Chilli flakes  

  4) Tomato and Schezwan 


 5) Salt, sugar and vinegar     

    6) Black pepper                



Firstly take 12 to 15 tomatoes and Mark an x on the tomatoes using a knife.

Take a pressure cooker and add the tomatoes,4-5 red chillies and 1 cup water in it.

 Pressure cook for 1 whistle.

 Now peel the tomatoes and add peeled tomatoes and red chillies to a blender and blend them.

Now finely chop the onions and garlic and then heat a pan on medium high flame and add two tbsp of refined oil to it.

Add the chopped onions and garlics in it and cook them until they turn golden brown and aromatic.

Reduce the flame to low and now add the tomato and chilli puree to it.

Now add 1 tbsp of oregano, chilli flakes, sugar to it and mix them well.

Now add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce, 5 to 6 tbsp tomato ketchup and salt(as per taste) to it.

Mix everything together and turn the flame to medium high.

Add 1/2 tbsp of black pepper and 1 tbsp of vinegar and mix them together

cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, until it starting bubbling and popping.

Your Pizza sauce is ready.
