HOMEMADE MANGO FROOTI RECIPE

Ripe mangoes- 2 cup

Raw mangoes- 1/2 cup

Sugar – 1 cup

Ingredients

Firstly peel and chop both ripe as well as raw mangoes.

Heat a pan and add 2 cups of ripe mangoes in it.

Now add 1/2 cup of raw mangoes in it.

Add a cup of sugar in it.

Stir them well and keep the flame at low.

Now add a cup of water in it.

Cover it with a lid and cook it on medium high flame for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid and simmer it for 2 minutes.

Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down.

Whisk is with a whisker for 5 minutes.

Now transfer it to a mixer grinder.

Blend it into a thick paste

Now transfer it to a bowl and add 3 cups of water in it.

Refrigerate it for an hour and serve chilled.
