Ingredients
  

  • Pasta-200 grams
  • olive oil- 5 to 6 tablespoon
  • carrots- 1 cup (finely chopped)
  •  capsicum -1 cup (finely chopped)
  • onions- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • French bean- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • vinegar-1 tablespoon
  • sugar- 1/2 tablespoon
  • schezwan sauce- 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce -4 to 5 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder- 1/2 tablespoon
  •  Garlic -5 to 6 cloves
  • Green chillies- 2 to 3 or as per taste
  •  salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • For this pasta veg recipes, firstly to boil the pasta, heat a pan with 5 to 6 cups of water. Add salt to it.
  • Bring the water to boil and add 2 cups (200 grams) of pasta.
  • Now boil the pasta for 5 to 6 minutes or as per the directions given on the pasta packet.
  •  keep checking the pasta to make sure it is perfectly cooked . Don’t overcook the pasta as it will turn mushy.
  •  Once the pasta is cooked perfectly, drain it well and keep aside.
  • Your pasta is perfectly cooked.
  • Now finely chop the carrots, beans ,onion and capsicum.
  • Now, heat the pan with 4 to 5 tablespoon of olive oil.
  •  Add finely chopped green chillies and garlic to it and saute until it turns golden and aromatic.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to it and saute it for 2 minutes on medium high flame.
  •  Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to it.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to it. Turn down the flame to medium low.
  • Add half tablespoon of sugar.
  •  Add 4 to 5 tablespoon of tomato ketchup to it.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of schezwan sauce and mix well.
  • Cook the veggies for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Finally add salt as per taste.
  • Now add the boiled pasta in the veggies.
  • stir well until everything gets mixed properly.
  • Season it with 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder and mix well.
  •  Your yummy pasta veg recipes is ready. Garnish it with cheese and serve hot.
