Green chutney

Ingredients
  

  • Mint leaves- 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves- 1 cup
  • Green chillies- 2 to 3
  • Garlic- 4 to 5 cloves
  • Peanuts- 10 to 12 (peeled)
  • Curd- 1/2 cup
  • Salt- as per taste.

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing jar and add 1 cup coriander leaves in it.
  • Add 1 cup mint leaves in it.
  • Add 4 to 5 cloves garlic in it.
  • Add 10 to 12 peeled peanuts in it.
  •  Add salt as per taste.
  •  Finally add 1/2 cup curd in it.
  •  Blend it into a smooth paste. (Avoid using water as curd and leaves have water in it which is enough to give it a perfect consistency)
  • Your yummy and tasty green dip is ready. Enjoy it with spring rolls and appetizers.
