Dhaniya chutney recipe


1) Mint leaves

2) Coriander leaves

3) Green chillies

4) Garlic and Peanuts

5) Curd

6) Salt

Step 1

Take a mixing jar and add 1 cup coriander leaves in it.

Step 2

Add 1 cup mint leaves in it.

Step 3

Add 4 to 5 cloves garlic in it.

Step 4

Add 10 to 12 peeled peanuts in it.

Step 5

Add salt as per taste.

Step 6

Finally add 1/2 cup curd in it.

Step 7

Blend it into a smooth paste. (Avoid using water as curd and leaves have water in it which is enough to give it a perfect consistency)

Step 8

Your yummy and tasty green dip is ready. Enjoy it with spring rolls and appetizers.
