Firstly take a mixing bowl and add 250 grams of curd to it.
Beat it with the help of a beater or fork.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Now add 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder in it.
Add 1/4 tablespoon black salt in it.
Add salt as per taste.
Add chopped green chillies to it.
Add 150 grams boondi to it.
Add 4 to 5 ice cubes to it.
Add freshly chopped coriander leaves to it.
Stir it well until everything gets mixed.
Rest it for an hour in the refrigerator until boondi soaks the curd well. Add more ice cubes or water if required.
When the boondi becomes soft, your raita is ready to be served.
Finally garnish it with coriander or mint leaves and enjoy with your favourite Indian recipes.
