Pizza sauce

Ingredients
  

  • Tomatoes-7 to 8 (medium sized)
  • Onion- 1 (medium sized)
  • Garlic- 5 to 6 cloves (roughly chopped)
  • Tomato ketchup – 5 to 6 tablespoon
  • Schezwan sauce- 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano- 1 tablespoon
  • Chilli flakes- 1 tablespoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Black pepper- 1/2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar- 1 tablespoon.

Instructions
 

  • Firstly take a pressure cooker and add 7 to 8 tomatoes to it. Add 1 cup of water to it.
  • Pressure cook for 1 whistle and let it stay in the cooker for another 2 minutes until steam releases.
  • Now peel and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Add the peeled tomatoes and red chillies to a blender.
  • Blend them into a thick puree.
  •  Now finely chop the onions and garlic.
  •  Heat a pan on medium high flame and add two tablespoon of refined oil to it.
  • Now slowly add the chopped onions and garlic to it and stir well.
  • Cook them until they turn golden brown and aromatic.
  • Reduce the flame to low and now add the tomato and chilli puree to it. Give them a good stir and cook it for 2 minutes or so.
  •  Now add 1 tablespoon of oregano to it.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes to it.
  • Now add 1 tablespoon of sugar to it and mix them well.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  •  Add 5 to 6 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and keep on stirring it.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of schezwan sauce to it.
  • Mix everything together and turn the flame to medium high.
  •  Add 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper to it.
  • Finally add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and mix them all together.
  • cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, until it starting bubbling and popping.
  • Turn of the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
  • Your Pizza sauce is ready. Spread it well and enjoy your yummilicious pizza.
