Now finely chop the carrots, beans ,onion and capsicum.
Now, heat the pan with 4 to 5 tablespoon of olive oil.
Once it gets heated, turn the flame to low and slowly add the finely chopped green chillies and garlic to it and saute until it turns golden and aromatic.
Add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and stir once.
Now add the chopped onions in it.
stir fry until it for a minute.
Add the chopped vegetables to it and saute it for 2 minutes on medium high flame.
Add salt as per taste.
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar in it.
Add 1 tablespoon of oregano in the veggies.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of chilli flakes in it.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper in it.
Give them a good stir and cook them for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add 1 tablespoon of sugar in it.
Add 2 tablespoon of maggi masala in it.
Add 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup in it.
finally add 2 tablespoon of Schezwan sauce in it.
Stir them well and cook them for another 2 minutes in medium low flame.
Now add the boiled macaroni in it.
Give it a good stir and add salt if required.
Your macaroni is ready to be served. Tastes best when served hot.
