  • Macaroni- 400 grams
  • Carrots- 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Beans-1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Onions- 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Tomato sauce- 1/2 cup
  • Schezwan sauce- 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar-1 tablespoon
  • Sugar-1 tablespoon
  • Black peppers-1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Refined oil or olive oil- 4 to 5 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic- 4 to 5 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Green chillies- 2 to 3 (finely crushed)
  • Maggi masala- 2 tablespoon
  • Oregano)- 1 tablespoon
  • Chilli flakes- 1 tablespoonWater- for boiling



  • For this macaroni recipe, firstly boil the macaroni, heat a pan with 5 to 6 cups of water.
  • Add salt to it.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of oil in it.
  • Bring the water to boil and add 400 grams of macaroni.
  • Now boil the macaroni for 5 to 6 minutes or as per the directions given on the packet.
  • keep checking the macaroni to make sure it is perfectly cooked . Don’t overcook the macaroni as it will turn mushy.
  • Once the macaroni is cooked perfectly, drain it well and keep aside.
  • Your macaroni is perfectly cooked.


  • Now finely chop the carrots, beans ,onion and capsicum.
  • Now, heat the pan with 4 to 5 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Once it gets heated, turn the flame to low and slowly add the finely chopped green chillies and garlic to it and saute until it turns golden and aromatic.
  •  Add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and stir once.
  •  Now add the chopped onions in it.
  • stir fry until it for a minute.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to it and saute it for 2 minutes on medium high flame.
  •  Add salt as per taste.
  •  Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar in it.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oregano in the veggies.
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon of chilli flakes in it.
  •  Add 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper in it.
  • Give them a good stir and cook them for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now add 1 tablespoon of sugar in it.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of maggi masala in it.
  • Add 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup in it.
  • finally add 2 tablespoon of Schezwan sauce in it.
  • Stir them well and cook them for another 2 minutes in medium low flame.
  • Now add the boiled macaroni in it.
  •  Give it a good stir and add salt if required.
  • Your macaroni is ready to be served. Tastes best when served hot.
