Ingredients
  

  • Curd- 1 cup
  • Jeera powder- 1/4 tablespoon
  • Black salt- 1/4 tablespoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Black pepper powder- 1/4 tablespoon
  • Cold Water- 1 and 1/2 glass.

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing jar and add 1 cup curd to it.
  • Now add 1/4 tablespoon jeera powder to it.
  •  Add 1/4 tablespoon of black salt to it.
  •  Add salt as per taste.
  • Add 1/4 tablespoon black pepper to it.
  • Blend it well using a whisker or madhani.
  • Now add 1 and 1/2 cups cold water to it.
  • Blend it well using a whisker or madhani.
  •  Your masala chaach is ready to be served. Tastes best when served chilled.
