Take a mixing jar and add 1 cup curd to it.
Now add 1/4 tablespoon jeera powder to it.
Add 1/4 tablespoon of black salt to it.
Add salt as per taste.
Add 1/4 tablespoon black pepper to it.
Blend it well using a whisker or madhani.
Now add 1 and 1/2 cups cold water to it.
Blend it well using a whisker or madhani.
Your masala chaach is ready to be served. Tastes best when served chilled.
