Firstly wash, peel and chop all fruits evenly.
Now take a mixing bowl and add 1/2 kg curd to it.
Now beat the curd with the help of a beater or fork.
Beat until it turns creamy and smooth.
Now add 1/2 tablespoon cumin or jeera powder to it.
Add salt as per taste.
Add 1/2 tablespoon chat masala to it.
Add 1/4 tablespoon black salt to it.
Finally add 2 tablespoon of sugar to it.
Mix them well until sugar dissolves.
Now add the chopped green grapes to it.
Add 1/2 cup pomegranate to it.
Add 1/2 cup banana to it.
Add 1/2 cup apples to it.
Finally add 1/2 cup black grapes to it.
Mix them well until the fruits get properly coated with the curd.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and your yummy fruit raita is ready to be served. Tasted best when served cold.
