Cucumber raita

Ingredients
  

  • Curd- 250 grams
  • Cucumber – 2 units or 1 cup (grated)
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Cumin powder- 1/4 tablespoon
  • Black pepper- 1/4 tablespoon
  • Black salt- 1/4 tablespoon
  • Green chillies- 2 chillies
  • Coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing jar and add 250 grams of curd in it.
  • Stir and mix it well until the curd turns creamy and smooth.
  • Grate 2 cucumber evenly.
  •  Add the grated cucumber to the curd and stir well.
  • Add salt as per taste
  •  Add 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder to it.
  •  Add 1/4 tablespoon of black pepper to it.
  • Add 1/4 tablespoon black salt to it.
  •  Add chopped green chillies to it.
  •  Add chopped coriander leaves to it.
  •  Mix it well. Refrigerate it for an hour.
  • Garnish with red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Your coriander Raita is ready to be served.
