Take a mixing jar and add 250 grams of curd in it.
Stir and mix it well until the curd turns creamy and smooth.
Grate 2 cucumber evenly.
Add the grated cucumber to the curd and stir well.
Add salt as per taste
Add 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder to it.
Add 1/4 tablespoon of black pepper to it.
Add 1/4 tablespoon black salt to it.
Add chopped green chillies to it.
Add chopped coriander leaves to it.
Mix it well. Refrigerate it for an hour.
Garnish with red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Your coriander Raita is ready to be served.
