Chop the onions and peel off the garlic cloves.
Roughly chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoon of oil.
Add green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon and black pepper and let it splutter.
Slowly add the chopped onions and garlic to it.
Saute them well until they turn golden brown and mushy.
Now add the roughly chopped tomatoes in it and cook them in medium high flame for 2 minutes.
Now reduce the flame to low add 1/4 cup of water and cover the mixture with a lid for 5 minutes until they turn mushy.
Remove the lid and add green, red chillies and cashew nuts to the mixture and saute well.
Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down.
Now take 400 grams paneer (cottage cheese) . Dice 300 grams of paneer into small pieces and grate 100 grams of paneer.
Once the mixture has cooled down, transfer it to a mixer jar.
Blend it into a thick paste and keep it aside.
Now heat a pan with 2 spoon of refined oil and 4 spoons of desi ghee.
Reduce the flame to low and slowly add the blended paste to it.
Add salt as per taste.
Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder. Stir well
Turn the flame to medium high and keep in stirring the mixture for 5 minutes.
Let the oil seperate and keep cooking the mixture for another 2 minutes.
Now add the grated 100 grams of paneer in it.
Mix them well.
Add one tablespoon of kitchen king masala.
Add 1/2 cup of water to make the gravy. Stir them well.
Add the paneer cubes to it and stir well.
Cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.
Add 4 tablespoon of fresh cream and stir well so that everything gets mixed properly.
Finally add 1/4 tablespoon of sugar and mix them well. It will add colour and sweetness to the gravy.
Transfer it to a bowl and serve hot with naan or chapati. Tastes Best when served hot.
