Hot brownie with ice-cream

Ingredients
  

  • Choco chips buiscuits- 100 grams
  • Powdered sugar- 1 tablespoons
  • Baking powder- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
  • Chocolate powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Milk-1 cup
  • White chocolate- 2 small bars for decoration
  • Cashew nuts
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoon of chocolate or cocoa powder
  • Note: Don’t alter the ratio of the ingredients in the chocolate sauce.

Instructions
 

Chocolate sauce:

  •  Firstly for the chocolate sauce, add 3 cups of water in a pan.
  • Now add 1 cup of sugar in it and dissolve well in medium high flame
  •  Finally add 3 tablespoon of cocoa powder and stir well.
  •  Bring it to boil and turn down the flame to medium.
  • keep stirring it and boiling it for next 10 to 15 minutes until it reduces to 
  • check the consistency by using a spoon or spatula, If it falls in a straight line, It is perfectly ready.
  • Turn off the flame and refrigerate it for an hour.
  • After an hour, take it out and beat it for 4 to 5 minutes. Your thick chocolate sauce is ready to be served with hot brownie with ice-cream recipe.

Brownie:

  • For this yummy hot brownie with ice-cream recipe, you need 100 grams of any choco chip biscuits of your choice. I went for hide and seek.
  • Crumble it well with your hands.
  • Now add one and a half tablespoon baking powder to it.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
  • Add one tablespoon of cocoa powder. Mix them well.
  • Finally add one cup of milk and soak it for 5 minutes.
    TIP: Don’t start mixing it as soon as you add milk. Soak the biscuits in the milk for 5 minutes.
  • Now grease a baking dish with some butter or oil using a oil brush.
  • cut a paper into circular shape. Put it in the pan covering all sides. You can use butter paper instead of this.
  • Now pour the batter in the baking dish.
  • Heat a pan over medium high flame and put a stand over it.
  •  Now put the baking dish on the stand and cover it with a lid.
  •  Now turn down the flame to low and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes.
  •  keep checking it after 30 minutes.
  •  Once done poke it with a fork to see if it’s clean or not. If the fork is clean you brownie is perfectly cooked.
  • Cool it down for 10 to 15 minutes and then turn it upside down on a plate.
  • Remove the paper firmly.
  • Now pour the chocolate sauce over it and spread evenly. Keep 3 to 4 chocolate sauce aside for later.
  • Add some chopped nuts on the top and garnish it with white chocolate and white Choco chips.
  • Your yummy Brownie is ready. Serve it with vanilla ice cream and garnish both with chocolate sauce.
