Litti chokha recipe
Whole wheat flour
Roasted gram flour(sattu))
Garlic and more!
Take a bowl and add 250 grams of wheat flour.
Add oil, salt and water
Knead it into a soft dough
Take a bowl and add 200 grams of sattu(Roasted gram flour)
Add spices and pickle masala
Stuff the dough with sattu stuffing and seal it well
Roast the littis in the gas oven until there are charred spots in it. Serve it along with chutney and choka
